SEO Content Should be Short and Get People Talking

Firms looking to enhance their business through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) should focus on writing short content that can create a buzz and get people talking. According to some SEO experts, readers are mostly lazy, and while browsing the web, if they do not get what they are searching for, they leave a page.

In an article for Rinf News, Rutget Steenbergen (Leading SEO Expert) claimed that “less is therefore almost always more” while writing content for an on-line portal. He advised to write short paragraphs, use bullets and attracting sub-headlines to impress the targeted audience.

To get more readers to link to the content, firms should aim at creating content that is interesting and creates a topic for discussion. One of the the experts in SEO commented, “Keep it simple and focus on creating discussion. What gets people talking will get them linking.” It is suggested to use social media to send content to potential readers than the traditional search pages and blog posts.

Some experts reported that for an SEO campaign, companies should focus on writing content using proper keywords that act as bait to draw people to the website. Not only it is important to pay attention to algorithms and the number of hits a website gets, but also it is vital to focus on what those visiting an on-line portal actually want. Hence, it is better for companies to build their SEO strategy around their users.
